Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! Formed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010, Metafit is the original group workout. 15-30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire. Metafit works! Its tough, but its meant to be.
Kettlebells is great for a full body workout, using a mixture of kettlebells, weights and floor exercises.

Group sessions looking at how to use the weight machines as well as free weights to improve technique and gain strenght. Suitable for beginners.
Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. At the fitness factory, our spin class is in the dark with disco lights & loud music to add to the experience!
